Testimonials:

“[Frank Ricci] had our group captivated by his depth of knowledge of the municipal workplace, especially the delicate but important interaction between direct supervisors and their subordinates. His fast-paced, yet thorough presentation provided a comprehensive insight into labor relations, which was appreciated by all.”

Mitchell R. Goldblatt
President, Connecticut Public Employer Labor Relations Association (ConnPELRA)
Director of Human Resources
Town of Guilford

“The class was very informal and provided a lot of insight in the process of negotiations. The timing of the class was just right which allowed members with busy schedules to still attend. As a retired IAFF member, myself, I think the information is fair and allows both sides management and the union to negotiate on an equal level.”

David T. Deskis
Fire Chief, Thompsonville Fire Department
Enfield, CT

This matters to all of us, because almost every workplace decision in the public sector impacts state or local budgets and the taxpayers who pay for them.
